Third you should drink lots of water. By drinking a minimum of eight 8 ounce glasses per day you can increase your weight loss. For those who are overweight you should add one extra 8 ounce glass for every twenty-five pounds that you are overweight to help maintain optimum hydration. This can go a long way to helping your fat loss.
