The physical appearance of a person says a lot about the person. The way you carry yourself and the way you look influences your life in many aspects. You cannot deny the fact that there is a line of difference between an average looking person and a good looking person. It does sound unfair but is the reality a cold hard truth that one needs to accept. Further the thing that makes the issue much worse is if you are overweight and the biggest obstacle in this is that people make an easy way out by saying that they don't have time to exercise. The excuse they have we don't have time to dedicate to exercise every day. Now the question which arises is that is there a way out be it any to strike a balance between good looks and manage to keep them with a low supply of demand???

According to me if there is a will there is a way. If you want to get something and are willing for it you are bound to get it. This article discusses a few ways to reduce weight and at the same time without wasting time in gym or going for walks rather concentrate on your diet and you'll be able to reduce substantial amount of weight. Here are a few tips:

A.      Eat more of protein. In place of having a high calorie sugar snack it is advisable to go for protein rich snacks like protein shakes, peanuts, turkey sandwich and even milk all of them are rich of protein. Protein provides body muscles with the platform for their growth. Eating protein provides your body with macronutrients that supplement muscle growth. With an increase in muscles the body automatically starts burning more calories and hence one needs not adjust his/her diet. Along with that protein satisfies hunger more than sugary snacks and without an increase in calories and even the body stimulates in a way that it digests protein in a better way.

B.      Eat less but at regular interval. Eat every 3 hours.  You should eat at least 6 small meals in a day. Having small meals satisfies you hunger along with that it doesn't allow your mind to think that you are eating less. Also eating at regular intervals curbs the craving for food in between food intervals. Also the body takes 3 hours to digest the food we eat. So it keeps the body metabolism going. It also helps the body to burn calories in a very efficient way and at very rapid pace. Another think to be kept in mind is to calculate the intake of daily calories. You should decide the calorie intake of the day. 250-300 calories a day is enough to support the body for whole day long.

C.      Break fast should not be skipped. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Along with that there are a lot of advantages of having a breakfast. After having a breakfast your body gets energy to work efficiently throughout the day and body performs all its function very well.  If you neglect breakfast the body gets low on energy and goes into a starvation mode. Whenever you wake up all your body energy has perished at that time and carbohydrates attack muscles to fulfill their requirement of protein.

D.      Carbohydrates should be controlled. Keep a check on your carbohydrate intake as well. It takes the body almost two hours to burn carbohydrates and till the time they are not burned the body treats them as fat. So I guess after knowing all this you will also not consider having a carbohydrate rich dinner. So it is advisable to have carbohydrates in the day so that they burn out till the evening.

E.       The old saying fruits and vegetables are always good. You should increase fruits and vegetables in your diet. Along with this fruits and vegetables provide your body with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They increase the body's metabolism and provide body with the energy required. The fruits and vegetables fill your plate with colors and make the food look much more delicious. So finally if you follow all these tips then you are bound to loose weight.
